I often like to personify things in my mind in order to better understand a problem. I'd like to ask you one of my favorite questions. If your addiction (past or current) could be something that lives and breathes, what would it look like? This is a fun exercise and will give you insight into what is really going on?
Where or Who is your refuge?
We all have a place of refuge where we go when times are rough. Sometimes it's a physical place, while other times it could be someone we go to whom we trust. What or who is your place of refuge and why? What help did this 'place' provide?
What are your expectations?
We all do things for a reason. Rarely are our actions random. So, please tell us why you joined and what you would like to have happen in your time spent on this forum?
