This tutorial was written for those
who have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP XI (any version will work)
Image of your choice I am using work by one of my favourite free to use artist
Anne Stokes you can see all her awesome work here
PLUGIN NEEDS
MuRa's Meister copies
HERE
Open new image
paste your tube as a new layer place it in the center of the canvas don't worry if it doesn't fit.
Goto Effects Copies with the following settings.
Goto Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur
Duplicate this layer make the top layer active.
Goto DBS Flux > radial Transmission with the follow settings
reduce the opacity to 65%
Merge all layers then duplicate
Goto DBS Flux linear transmission with the following settings
reduce the opacity to 45%
Merge layers
paste your tube as a new layer and place it to the right.
Now remember when adding your image or text do not put anything important in the left lower corner as your Facebook avatar covers it
add your text to the upper left side along with all credits needed.
Merge all your layers and select all
modify contract 5 invert selection
new layer fill with colour from your tag.
Add a drop shadow if you want one.
and your done.
If you want your profile pic to match your cover then just select a section of your cover and crop it to aprox 180 x 180
dont forget to add credits to the smaller image.
