This tutorial was written for those
who have a working knowledge of PSP.Supplies Needed:
PSP
I am useing pspX2 but you should be able to do this tutorial useing earlier vertions of the program.
Tube of your choice
I am using the awesome art of
Psycojimi, http://psycojimi.deviantart.comTo use Psyco jimi's art you now need a licence from MTA
VM Distorion
Mask of your choice I am useing one of the many wonderful masks from Vix you can see more of the awesome masks HERE
Remember to save often.
Open your tube.
Shift D to duplicate and close your original.
New image 540x540
don't worry that its so big we will resize it before we are done.
make your tube image the active image and goto Edit>copy
Now goto your new image and edit and paste as new layer
Right click in your layer palette and duplicate layer 2 times.
You should now have three layers with the same image.
click on the little eye to hide the layer 1 and 2 layers .
Making sure the layer that is visable is active,
Goto Effects/VM _Distortion/Smallpox
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Unhide the middle layer and make sure you have this layer selected.
Resize this layer 80% with the "resize all layers box unchecked.
Apply the VM _Distortion/Smallpox again but with these settings:
Now goto layers>load/save>load from disc and find your choosen mask
layers>merge group.
Unhide your top layer and make sure you have this layer selected.
Resize this layer 76% with the "resize all layers box unchecked.
If your tube has any hard lines use your freehand selection tool with a feather of 15 and free hand and select around the hard edges
and then press Delete do this until you are happy with how it looks on your background.
Merge, merge visible.
Now if like mine your tag seems a little big resize it now before you add your text & credit's
