This one's getting rave reviews, even from people fed up with ERS going same-old. Looks like they're working for their money again, but I will have to wait to d/l at the wkd.

They do seem to have done a better job with the graphics on this one, I am waiting for the all clear of glitches and I will see, Has anyone ever played an ERS game without a pink and purple ball of yarn in at least one scene?

guys...its a good game....but too short for a ce
guys i gotta say my love affair with ce,s is over, i am not a fast player, the only minis i skip are simon says, and rarely use hints, the main game took me about 3 1/2 and the bonus less then a hour, and those times are getiing up to go potty or smoke, if a ce is not at least 6 hours, i just dont feel that its worth it, and especially give us a longer bonus game, dont get me wrong, its a great game, just way to short for the $$,, i really dont think i will be buying ces anymore,

Played about a half hour and admittedly enjoyed every single minute of it. But I am tired of CE's and not feeling like I want to purchase another right now. Though the bonus play is supposed to be quite long in comparison to other CE bonus play. I dunno. What to do what to do.

I'm waiting for the SE, I'm tired of one CE every week. Snarkbusters will definitely keep me entertained for a while and I will give it a try once it's out as SE.

I read elsewhere the bonus play was a good two hours worth. Thus why I'm vacillating on the CE purchase or not. I take my time in games playing the hard mode, avoiding hints and the strategy guide, so if the general game play is about four hours long and I can get two more hours... *mentally adds*... six hours of quality entertainment could be worth the CE price.
But...
My real buggaboo is I'm just freakin' fed up with the whole CE business. Enough already. Either the game is outrageously good with the whistles and bells or its not. Quite scamming gamers into the higher price for bonus' a good many of us have no use for.

I did the beta for this one. Medievil themed games aren't my cup of tea. ERS already has listed Grim Facade- Mystery of Venice as a 'coming soon' game.... I'll wait on that one.

I'm finding this one lovely, but rather easy. And that's from a woman hopped up on Vicodin.
I also feel like it's a retelling or reimagining of Princess Isabella... at least so far. Admittedly I'm not done yet, but I'm pretty close.
Nice graphics. Really good music. Varied, but simple puzzles. The musical octopus was adorable!
Yes, Gove, there is a pink and purple ball o' yarn! LOL Hadn't thought about it, since my personal pet peeves are boomerangs and hand fans, but you're right. There is always at least one!
I also find myself calling this one "Iron Maiden" instead. Anyone else? No? Just me.... Forget I mentioned it! lol!
At least the setting is a little bit different for this one. I like that about it a lot.
I didn't mind buying the CE because I knew I'd need a few games to pass the time this week, but otherwise, I might have waited for the SE.

You are not the only one, when I first saw the title my mind told me that it was Iron Maiden. Was a bit confused until I actually concentrated properly and re-read the title. Minds - how we love them when they do their own thing.

LOL Trinity! I think the witch in the hooded cloak at the beginning helped reinforce this because it sort of lookes like Iron Mainden's Eddie might be under there! I blame my brother, who has been a metal-head since the 80s.  Okay, I'm off to finish the game and see how the bonus section goes!

ERS in this game has reverted to all of their previous bad habits...like having SPARKLES ALL OVER THE PLACE IN HARD MODE. I guess they figured since it was a different type of game it was okay...
I'm going to go back and check the name of their programming teams and see if they have had some major changes. There were spelling errors in this game, too--but I didn't notice any incorrectly labeled objects.
I only played the demo, but it was really very easy (even without all the sparkles) and a rather uninspired storyline (Awakenings, Dark Parables, Princess Isabella, on and on). And the game seemed like it would be short - 3 hours max.
So goody for me--I think this makes six weeks and no CE! OMG - This is some kinda record!!
