I picked this up some years ago at a 50% off sale at our local PC shop.  I was not expecting much, but being a fan of the TV series brought it for nostalsgic reasons.
Well I loved the game and found it a real hoot!

The game is a Simulation game.  You design your characters hair, makeup, clothes etc and then play the character in a house with a husband and son just moved into Wisteria Lane.
You interact with the characters from the TV show in Wisteria Lane, various dramatic plots to play out, moral choices to make, love interests, side plots and mystery and intrigue.   You get to choose the ending by the choices you make.

If you like Sim games, this really is a lot of fun.

I really enjoyed this game.  I've never seen the television series, but on a website this game was called "adventure game of the year," and that was what attracted my attention and therefore I picked it up.  The game was very well done and quite entertaining and wasn't what I would have thought it would be, which was thinking that it was just a game thrown together to cash in on the popularity of the television show.  There's plenty of replay value, too!
