My understanding of BF SE --> CE purchases:

1. Buy the SE - get one punch on your card

2. Decide to upgrade to CE - Pay $13.99 for the CE, get three punches on your card

3. Contact Customer Service, who will send you a game code, essentially refunding your SE purchase - get a 5th punch on your card when you use the game credit.

As far as I know, this is the only system they have in place at the moment.

Mother's Day is this weekend, Sunday, May 8th.



In honor of the day, I'd like to share this poem that I wrote about
13 years ago. It started out as a letter to my eldest daughter to read
when she got older, and turned into a tribute to all mothers.

Awake at six

Every day

I want to sleep

You want to play



I do the laundry

Fold and sort

You throw it all

Out on the floor



Time for dishes

Clean and dry

The dishwasher's open

You climb inside



Let's scrub the floor

Away with the crud

And here you come

Feet caked with mud



It's time for lunch

What a feast!

I can't believe it!

How much can you eat?



It's naptime now

I like it best

You can safeguard your codes (and make them have no expiration date) by using them to buy gift codes, right?  I did that with an expiring code a couple of weeks ago ^__^

It will automatically take your game credits when you enter to make a gift, but if you EDIT the cart, you can use game codes to buy gift codes (and not take your game credits).

EDIT:  Apparently not with the Groupon codes.  Oh well, it was a thought.

Yesterday was May 4th - Unofficially "Star Wars Day".  Big Fish had Felix up as a Jedi Knight to celebrate.  The small Felix (top left corner) is what was posted, the larger size is where I blew it up so we could see better ^__^

The Palm Beach deal is still going (re-upped?).  When I used it yesterday, I was able to put in a quantity of 3 for $9, and got my three codes... then did the same for DD's account.  Haven't tried to buy any more, but I'm considering it... :p

Hi, Evka Long time no see~

I came to a game-stopping glitch and never finished Pahelika.

Mystery Age: The Dark Priests is one of my favorite AHOG's - Love it!

Magic Encyclopedia - I think I own the first two and never finished them, but I remember that I didn't enjoy the third one (Illusions?)

The
Mystery of the Mary Celeste - I really enjoyed, despite the easier gameplay.  I think it's because I enjoyed Vampire Sage: Pandora's Box so much, and this game is reminiscent of that game.

Rhianna
Ford and the Da Vinci Letter is one I enjoyed, also.   Mostly HOG, but I enjoyed the graphics, the gameplay and the minis.

Hidden Mysteries: Vampire Secrets - This game had an awful lot of HOG scenes, but I really enjoyed the latter part of the game (when we were in the castle)... until the "end", that is.  What an odd place to end a game!
The others I haven't tried, yet (although I own a couple of them
