Re :   Reply button gone?

hi Michael,

the Forum has been moved to another address (and the moved threads have been locked therefore).
I'm going to PM you the link and hope to see you at the new Pub! :)

Topic :   Reply button gone?

Hello -
Please excuse the newbie question, but I can't find the reply button on threads that I've posted.  Is there a setting I must change in order to reply?

Thanks!

Topic :   Slinking back in...

I am sincerely embarrassed by how long it's been since I've been here.  I actually was drowning for awhile trying to keep up with the D&E thread at BFG (pretty much the only one that I visit there).  Between that and RL, I didn't know if I was coming or going.  And here you all created this gorgeous D&E club here, (which really IS hanging with cobwebs and spiders by now, I suspect...)  smiley61
Am I still welcome here since I was gone for so long?  And is there any hope of reviving the D&E Club here?

  Thanks, Jeannie

The Forum has been moved to another address and you should have gotten an email about it ... but quite some have disappeared on the way, it seems. I will PM you the link ...

Topic :   Help me choose

Hey all. Haven't been here in awhile but have made a comeback.

Purchased a set of four games (an adventure collection of sorts) I have Black Mirror II already and don't think I'd like Rockin' dead, but Gray Matter and Alter Ego both look good.

Which of the two should I play first? Any information?

Well, they told me to bog off in the end (yep, including the ones I bought in April), but I did get $10 in referals, so thanks for clicking!

Re :   Update on Forum Move

The emails have just been send out, so if you don't receive yours within the next 24 hours or so (and I'm being lenient with email providers here), please check your spam folder and if you don't find it there, please send me a PM with a working email address, so I can send you the email again.

I'll be checking over here at least once a day until the forum expires, so I will be ready to show you the way to the new pub, if necessary.

Yep, I checked the link and saw it ... still, I really wish I could see his face when he comes in here as a guest - or tries to join - only to see this place has been left behind.

As far as I'm concerned, I'll ignore this question from a non-member of the forum here. Especially as I'm not who he thinks I am ... LOL. We're moving out of here anyway and he doesn't have to know it.

Re :   Mystery Trackers: Raincliff

It's definitely a long game, the bonus gameplay adds to the story (without putting any more spoilers in here) and it's worth the price ... I have now played both Mystery Trackers games within a weekend and have to say I enjoyed them both a lot. I'm not at all sorry I spent the money for the CE of Raincliff.

Re :   Mystery Trackers: Raincliff

Great idea OP - if I would write things down I wouldn't get so frustrated with the to-ing and fro-ing.  Being on my on to wander around and try to remember what is needed where without a map is a big turnoff for me.  It didn't use to bother me but I have aged!!  Thanks for the recommendation - think I may splurge on this one.

Re :   Mystery Trackers: Raincliff

Finished this today.   It was a fantastic game.  For those of you who have not yet played but plan on it, I suggest writing down the areas visited and what you need to find to complete that area.  I had so many things and places going at once and didn't want to live in the strategy guide or keep using hints so started writing things down and this worked well for me.

Did anyone who finished notice in the bonus video section that there is a new game on the way, BLACK ISLE.  I enjoyed this one so much I will spring for the CE on the next  one also as soon as it comes out.  I thought this game was everything a casual game should be.

Only one small complaint.  I was stuck on a mini game and went to click on the hint button and it solved the game for me.  Hint button is TOO close to the solve puzzle button.
