The Starfish Man
One morning at dawn, a young boy went for a walk on the beach and saw a figure a mile away.
Up ahead, was an old man stooping down to pick up starfish and fling them into the sea.
Finally, catching up with the old man, the boy asked him what he was doing.
The old man answered that the stranded starfish would die unless they were returned to the water.
"But the beach goes on for miles, and there are millions of starfish!" The boy protested.
"How can what you're doing make any difference?"
The old man looked at the starfish in his hand and answered "It makes a difference to this one."
Then the old man threw it to safety in the waves.
After that there where two figures picking up starfish and flinging them into the sea.
Sorry I have not been around VERY busy summer and we are moving our office - WHICH STINKS!!!!!!! YUK I do not recommend this to anyone!
