I believe that black is the absorbing and culmination of all colors, and that white is the reflection of all colors. I believe this from having studied published scientific studies regarding light refraction. What do you believe about colors?

I believe that the cycle of the seasons, the cycle of the planets, the cycle of the universe is perfect....soley because of experiencing it, breathing it in, fighting against it at times, and resting in it, playing in it, and thriving in it. Colors- that's a fun one.
Black to me is the mixing of all colors yet kind of the absence of color at the same time even though there are those who believe that black is the mixture of colors where white is the absence. Black is a two way street color to me.
Colors of every kind though- all be its significant to various magickal purposes- I feel are also meant to enhance the way we see our world and live with in it. It brings life to the world as we look at it- colors describe the way we feel about things too.
The seasons and the cycels of the Earth- natural processes- things that are meant to happen and things that bring ongoing life changing processes too. They make life interesting for reasoning that the planet is never a boring place hehehehe. It changes- it continues to evolve and with its evolution it brings new ventures and all be its sometimes would be new ventures are less than pleasant- at least the less pleasant nature only last for very short periods.

I just love that- that is just too funny.
I believe in having a great sense of humor myself- my favorite being:
"Jingle bells- Batman smells- Robin laid an egg- the Bat-Mobile lost a wheel and the Joker got away!"
Hehehehehehe.
That's one of my oldest son's favorite little songs and suffice it to say- with all of the things that we were blessed with as children of God / The Heavenly Host- I think a sense a humor is one of the best gifts we could have.
It doesn't take much to make us laugh- we don't have to focus on how to be humorous- It's a perfectly natural thing- It makes life fun and to boot- it comes in handy at all of the right times too.

I believe in dancing with the skeletons in my closet because as witches, this is the kind of thing we generally do. If I ever reach the celebrity status that gets my name in the tabloids...I plan on writing a "tell all" book about myself and making a million dollars dancing with those skeletons...waltz,waltz,waltz,cha,cha,cha,dip,snap! What do you believe?

Ever consider doing stand up comedy? On a serious note here Hun- You'd make it big in the world of Comedy hehehehe.
In light of Skeletons:
I believe that everyone has skeletons somewheres' and I believe that how ever it is we deal with them is up to us to decide and not the rest of the world. I've had my past come at me and other things over time and before things looked to get out of hand- I've put it all right out there in the open and not just for reasoning to avoid being black-mailed or knocked out of the loop of humanity for what ever reason folks would look to attempt such- but- more so to get the truth out about how the world really is as we live it- seen as much as possible.
So here it is- in following a bit of an example here:
I'm a child of divroced parents- My Father being deceased for 5 almost 6 years now come January- I'm a survivor of parental- religious and domestic abuse- I've been in prison- I've done parole and I've had a lot of minor and or mundane unpleasant episodes in between issues in my life.
Does all of that make me a bad person or a would be trouble-maker in any way? No- not from God's nor my point of view. It just means that I have a lot of experience in a vast little variety of areas and such also makes me a stronger supporter of those whom have suffered or still suffer in much of the same ways that I did in life.
It all keeps me in line with understanding that the world in which we live truly has its darker side and that God knows what he is doing when he assigns his experienced warriors to carry a very large torch while helping others find their way to the end of said dark side.
We all have missions in life and we are all meant to do something in the name of the Heavenly Host per their assignment. I have known since the age of 14- what my assignment has always been and for 25 years I have done everything I can- with a virtual vengeance sometimes- to uphold and keep that assignment alive.

On a shorter note-
As I am always saying: I have lived the life of Job and I follow a Spiritual path much like that of John the Baptist- but if it's one thing that I can be grateful for- it is that of having been given a pair of flame retardent shoes while having been made to walk through the fires of the underworld so that my lessons wouldn't be detoured by would be burned and blistered feet.
My Thanks to the Heavenly Host and their having thought of me while guiding me when I had no knowledge there of at the time. Praise Heaven!!!!!!

Aaaawwwwe- H- you're maken' me blush girlfriend and I love you too Sister Sue hehehehe.
If there is one thing that I can say that I am grateful for though- it's that God has had some really awesome plans and even those said plans have entailed a lot of suffrage and sacrifices sometimes- just to complete them- I'm glad that when I finally turned my life over to Him- I was better able to go the places he wanted me to go and do the things he wanted me to do with out worrying about not having help.
I always had to be a "I'm having to do it by myself because no one cares and if no one cares- then so be it- there will be hell to pay when I'm done!" kind of person. I don't have to be that way any more. The world has been slowly yet surely coming around to seeing the real and true light and I am just one of zillions who had already seen it and had been doing their best to share it.
It's funny how one never really sees for the longest of time that they're not the only ones and that they're not truly alone- at least not until they hear the stories of others- or read them- or see them in the media and that only then does it click.
When I'm always telling folks that I learn new things every day- I am sooooo not kidding hehehehehehe. And just to be funny- You're right- Everyone do the Cha Cha! hehehehehe.

I believe that people should mostly be enjoyed, explored, nurtured, and encouraged instead of just being 'managed' as 'resources'. I believe this because I read that this is how Jesus treated people in the Bible, and I have also experienced that this is how He mostly treats me. What do you believe?

My name is Marie Carew I have been a practicing Christian Witch for 30 years and now I have my own alternative religion called; "Jeslibrian" The new order of witchcraft. Jeslibrian is a humanitarian religion for the witch that still has ties to your Christian roots loves witchcraft but dosen't feel quite right about committing to Wicca or the dogmatic Christian faith. A spiritual human being has the highest levels of intellect for they do not allow their emotions to interfere with their decision making. The spiritual human being uses the heart and the soul to guide them. Their whole essence of being is to enlighten and love while being enlightened and loved themselves. Spiritual human beings are receptors to the paranormal, they do not allow their minds to be hindered by mortal achievements and programming’s.
How well a human being understands something, depends on how well they listen and how well they interpret what they are reading or hearing, depends upon how much they can comprehend. The more you broaden your mind the more you will perceive. If I were to describe myself as a psychic, I would say that I was a psychic mystic. Mysticism is a spiritual intuition that transcends the ordinary understanding of the union between the soul and God. I believe the soul is God, for both the soul and God are pure energy and so is psychic intuition. As a mystic, I believe I have insight into the mysteries transcending ordinary human knowledge.
Ultimate Knowledge about life’s mysteries is an ongoing process that the human mind will never achieve, for new ideas and theories are always being imagined with every new creation. Human knowledge is only limited to the human life span, it is not limited to the human experience. Human beings also have the ability to access stored spiritual knowledge.
When a human being acts through their spirit self they relinquish all harmful thoughts and activities that may arise in the thinking brain. A human being that possess psychic ability can penetrate mental clarity by seeing into the inner character of other men while discovering their underlying truth. If the world held only prophets and philosophers, instead of those that find salvation and pleasure in cruelty, greed and war, the Earth would indeed be a safer and a more peaceful place for all.

Welcome Home Marie and it is definitely nice to see you back at the CWC.
I don't think I need to do all too much introducing as Marie has done well with a description- but I will say this much- it is nice to have those who have been with us since we first started out at Ning.com- coming back slowly but surely and even though our ties were working on building at the beginning- we can always say with joy in our hearts and love in our souls that they have grown stronger whether we have been momentarily parted or together after all of this time.

What do I believe in? Wow- what a question! I could not have answered that a few months ago, actually. Now I am more sure, but the defining has been quite a process and at times very hard because I was very indoctrinated with what passes for christianity. (something that somehow did not ring true deep within me by the way) I have been DELIBERATELY traveling this path now for about 2 years, though it does not seem so long and I have just of late come to acceptance and embracing of what I am and believe.I realize and accept NOW that I am what I have always been and was born- a witch, an empath/clairsentient. Was married for 29 years to a pentecostal/charismatic independant (read-'make his own rules and be under the rule of no one') minister. Went through 29 years of hell and spiritual abuse at his 'godly' hands. Saw so much that I always said-"how is this 'CHRIST-like'???? But was afraid to question, out loud anyway, and even in my own mind was afraid of God's punishment and retribution for my 'unbelief'. Thank the heavens above I divorced him over 7 years ago and began a very long journey to healing and reclaiming myself. But God himself created me as I am, what I am. He gave me the giftings I have fought with for all my life. Denying them never ever made them go away. And he also made me a logical, practical person who needs to know the 'how' and the 'why'of everything. WHY would God expect us to blindly follow anything and not know the WHY of it???? Wouldn't that make his marvelous creation (we who are supposed to be created in His image) -wouldn't that make us stupid? I am a peace loving soul. I love and respect and revere nature and all that God created and gave to us.I believe in God, the All Father, Creator. In the Holy Spirit, Sophia. ( i always wondered- where did God come up with the prototype for Eve if there was no female counterpart to the Male? ????"God created mankind in his image, MALE and FEMALE created he them ?????) And in Jesus the Son, come as flesh to show us the way to all that is right and good. Having said that I can say this- people ask how you can be a witch and still be a christian. I don't associate myself with 'christianity' anymore, the term is a mockery of Jesus, very few have ANY semblance of 'CHRIST-like-ness'. I prefer to say I am Christo-pagan. My beliefs are very ecclectic. There is much of the Wiccan in me. I guess I am an ecclectic, christo-pagan, clairsentient, soul witch with wiccan tendancies!! :D I now feel free in traveling the Path I was born to walk.

It is always good to have to different views and various neat ideals come through our members here at the CWC. Every person has their own direction and path lain before them by the hands of Heaven but the one thing that I know to be the most precious is that we all seem to be going in Heaven's ever forward motion whether together or individually.
The life of a CW is truly a blessed gift and I can say with both honesty and love in my heart that I am glad that we have all come together as a loved family under the loving and guiding hand of Heaven in general.
