Making your own Cheat Sheets

Not as difficult as it may sound ....

1. Bring up a new page in your folder.

2. Click inside the page as if you were going to type something.

3. Go up to the icon InsertTable, looks like a lined paper with a pencil....clic on it, and you will have a drop down menu ....wait for it to load properly, sometimes takes a wee while.

4. You will see your columns, change these numbers to 1 also on rows change to 1

5. In the same little box you will see cellPadding, here, you put in the desired number you require, the larger the number the wider your layer will be, remember that ...!! The numbers of these two layers in this background for example are 40 its your choice ....but if you are making multiple layered backgrounds it is wise to keep the higher numbers limited ...we can go into that as time progresses.

6. cellSpacing of course is ALWAYS  set at 0 so change that one too.

7. With the width ....I have used 550, but with some groups you may find 600 a good number to use do not want your background to be going out of view ....

8. Now in the same drop down box ..there is background colour, insert here #ffffff

9. At the bottom of the same drop down box ....there is an icon which says Insert  clic on it ....and vwalla you have your first layer ...which will appear as an box within your page.....

10. To add more layers ....just repeat the steps above ....BUT

11. A very important step to remember, that is the end of each of your layers you will notice there are the words nbsp
, these must be deleted, or they could play havoc with your backgrounds .....please remember to do this important step ....

Remember if you have any queries please leave a note in your folder or PM me, or leave a message in my Mailbox

Happy Creating ...look forward to seeing your finished products .
