Re:[Potential Research]: Autism and the Education System: Is it working?

Just as an update, with the amount of time left before I go into full investigations, it seems like this will be the main course of action to follow.
Against the title however, they've asked for some specifics - for the sake of keeping things relatively simplistic (yet broad enough), I've decided to go towards 1994-Present Day within the Essex Region. My current considerations is also to look at numerous works and recent Acts / Laws relating to Education and Disability and then using them as references (some report I can't remember which was published at the start date, plus the Green Paper).
Got some good resources prepped as well - stuff from Attwood, Tassoni, a bit of Baron-Cohen... a few magazines... I only hope that I can not get destroyed by walls of text critting my eyes for over 9000 damage. <.<'
Also going to try and get a better understanding of the Social Models as well - I've pretty much gotten the idea of the model since my beginnings on the Ouch! boards, but it wouldn't hurt to look at the concept again and then try to apply it to the topic title.
In short, I *may* ask for assistance, but at most this may more be a case of advisory rather than actually asking for sources. Should have plenty to work on, but for now, time will tell.
