If a team releases a player after the 3rd league game.  Can they go play with another team in the same league ?

If a player got released from a team after the third week; he has up till that Thursday to sign on to a team in the league. NO player can be signed on after Thursday(Yesterday).  All Rosters are locked.

 I also have a question? If a player is playing in the MLF are they allowed to sign with a team in the BEFF? Or is there a certain amount of games needed to play in the BEFF to qualify? Thanks.

It is allowed for players to cross leagues. You have to play half a season to be eligable to play in the playoffs.
To make sure, ask your commissioner.
